WHAT'S IN THE POT

Inspired by many people that have come into my life and with the seed planted by my husband What's in the Pot? was born. The urge to bring flavours back to the table and making people feel at home have been the two main goals we wanted to achieve by opening our little Corner of Tuscany. I am thankful and blessed by the many wonderful souls that have made possible that What's in the Pot? could keep going every day and the past three years have been the biggest challenge but also the most amazing journey that my staff and myself have had, Food entices me... the flavours, the herbs, savoury or sweet... simple ingredients are the base of all our dishes.... time and love complete the process.
